Croc a Tile only delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Prices displayed on this site do not include delivery. When you add items to your basket, you will be asked to select a delivery option.
We provide a competitive delivery charge to all UK and Northern Ireland addresses using Tuffnells (The Big Green Parcel Machine) to deliver your tiles. Alternatively you can select to collect the tiles from our showroom in Glasgow.
Upon payment of your tiles, we will confirm your order by email. Delivery times are generally 3 full working days after the day you received your email confirmation.
Tiles will be delivered to your address but not inside your home and we advise that you provide a mobile phone number and be present on the day of delivery.

Our Guarantees, refunds and delivery policies
We can exchange or credit full boxes within 28 days of purchase. Borders and decors can be returned in singles within 28 days of purchase.
Only refunds of excess goods up £75.00 are allowed within 28 day of purchase
We do not exchange or credit adhesive or grout.
Sale goods are not exchanged or credited sale is final.
Shades do vary, please check before installation. claims cannot be made afterwards.
You must provide your original sales invoice number as proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide the original sales receipt, Crocatile will issue credit vouchers to the value of the current selling price of the product. Crocatile credit vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Other than where credit vouchers are issued all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit/debit card, the same card must be used for the refund. We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt.
