Returns Policy

Cancellations - Up to 7 Days after Delivery

You can cancel your order at any point during the first seven days following the delivery of your order. However, it is up to you to return the tiles to us at your own expense. If we receive your order back in a resalable condition, unused and undamaged in their original packaging then you will receive a FULL REFUND on your order. Please note that we will not reimburse the costs associated with the return of the goods.

If you cannot arrange for the tiles to be returned back to us, we can arrange to pick them up. If we collect the tiles and they are in a resalable condition, you will receive a FULL REFUND, minus our collection charge.

100 Day Returns? (Online Purchase only)

We will refund any unwanted tiles up to 100 days after you receive them, however this applies to online orders only! Please email us with the order reference and the items you want to return.

The tiles will need to be a complete box of tiles unopened and in a resalable condition. Please use the packaging that they arrived in so they are not damaged on the return journey.

You can either arrange your own transport for returning the items or we can collect them and take the cost of the transport from your refund. Please note that we will not reimburse the costs associated with the return of the goods.

Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse we will email you a confirmation and process your refund.

Can I return a full box of tiles? (In-Store Purchase)

Yes! As long as it is a complete box of tiles and they are in a resalable condition. You can return complete boxes of tiles to the company within one calendar month of delivery. If you return the goods in a resalable condition, we will issue a FULL REFUND. Please note that we will not reimburse the costs associated with the return of the goods.

How do I return my tiles?

You should return goods using conventional haulage at your own expense, and should not use Express of Special Transportation services, unless specifically agreed with the company, in writing, prior to the goods being returned.

I can’t return the tiles myself. What happens now?

If you cannot arrange for the return of the goods, Crocatile can arrange for collection. We will deduct the collection costs from the refunded amount. Please liaise with our Customer Service Team in regards to the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as a priority, However, the administration may take up to 3 to 5 working days to complete. Additionally, any monies paid back to Credit/Debit cards may take a further 3 to 5 working days to show on your statements.

However, it may be possible to improve on these timings by contacting your bank/card account company.

Further Information

We make every effort to ensure that each Crocatile order is carefully picked and securely packaged. In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away. We will be happy to refund or replace your item.

Please note that a replacement or refund cannot be made until the original order has been returned to us.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received back and assessed as meeting our policy guidelines. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account.
