Click & Collect
To make your shopping experience with Crocatile more convenient for you, we are introducing a Click & Collect service.
How can I place a Click & Collect order?
Shop online as usual. When you go to the online checkout, choose Click & Collect from the delivery options. In-store collection is free on all orders, regardless of value.
We will strive to have your order ready within one hour, please call us on 0141 882 3245 to confirm that your order is ready to pick-up or to inform us when you are picking up your items.
Some items may not be available to collect that day, but we will advise you when you can collect them.
Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
It’s Free - no extra delivery charge. Just buy online and we’ll get your order ready for collection.
Delays to your collection time
The majority of orders will be ready the same day and usually within an hour of purchasing but unforeseen problems such as bad weather, busy periods - including Sale, Black Friday, Christmas etc. - can delay this. Likewise, if the items are a custom order and are being shipped from our suppliers elsewhere in the UK or abroad.
We'll email you when your order's ready to collect
When your order is ready for collection, we'll contact you to let you know it's ready to be collected. The majority of orders are ready the same day but please wait for us to contact you or call us on 0141 882 3245 to confirm collection date and time.
Come to our Hillington Depot within 14 days
Our Showroom page will show you where our showroom is – or you can just give us a call on 0141 882 3245 for directions.
If you haven't collected your order after seven days, we'll send you an email to remind you.
If you still haven't collected your order after 14 days, we'll cancel your purchase and refund you, which should take 3–5 working days to reach your account.
If you have agreed with our Sales team of a specific collection date then the 14 day period will be extended.
What to bring when you come to collect
When you come to pick up your order, please bring:
- The order confirmation as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- Some photo ID.
